I have spent the last four day in Boston Massachutes, mainly around the MIT campus visiting my sister. Some observations of the city: the T is awesome, MIT students are very smart, and construction is prevelant. I think all three things in said list are great things that the rest of the country should take note of. First the T, this is a span of weaving tunnels under the city of Boston that can take you within walking distance of anything you want to see for a small fare of two dollar, beats paying for gas and is much more efficient. Second MIT students are smart, this speaks for itself, everyone can learn something from them. Third construction is prevelant, this is a paradox because it does present a fair amount of problems for commuters trying to get from point a to b; however, it also brings a nice noise to the city giving it the feel of ever changing. This is a great "feel" for a city to have because with changes always being made questions are always being asked as to what is going on, which in turn makes citizens more involved in their city and political system. Boston is a great city to visit while on spring break.
